FEATURE:

  • High hardness with application on medium carbon steel, alloy carbon steel as heary cutting process besides precision processing of pressing, aluminum alloy and free cutting steel.

  • All casting made by quality resistant die casting with tempering and normalization processed, securing its precision and duration.

  • All slides are made pursuant din with all sliding surface being processed by heat treatment for hardness and precision grinding.

  • The sliding guide rod is made of milled alloy steel after a special heat treatment for better wear resistance.
